THE FOUNDER

Victor Sanchez

Victor Sanchez started The Boxwood Company with a simple belief. The people who build your home should care about it as much as you do.

Based in Baltimore, Victor has spent years working across residential renovation and commercial construction, developing a reputation for precise execution and honest client relationships. His background spans whole home renovations, kitchen and bath remodeling, and specialized dental practice build-outs, giving Boxwood a range that most firms cannot offer.

He built this company around one standard. Do the work right, or do not do it at all.

What we are building toward.

THE VISION

To be Baltimore's most trusted design-build firm. Not the largest, not the loudest. The one that clients refer without hesitation because the experience matched the result.

We measure success the same way our clients do. Does the space work. Does it hold up. Did the process feel worth it.

How we work on every project.

THE MISSION

The Boxwood Company builds high-end residential and commercial spaces with precision, care, and full accountability from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Every project gets the same attention regardless of size. Every client gets direct access to the person responsible for their build. That is not a promise we make lightly. It is how the company has operated since the beginning.
